This April marks one year since Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson took up the Captain America mantle in the series finale of  The Falcon and the Winter Soldier . On the same day that Mackie was first seen donning the iconic Stars and Stripes, Captain America 4  was revealed to be in development for the big screen, with Disney+ showrunner Malcolm Spellman returning to pen the script. Almost a year later, there is still no word on how pre-production is getting along, with the Captain America: Civil War  sequel presumably still in the writing stages. Marvel Studios is still yet to even properly announce the film, despite the cast and crew having talked openly discussed its existence and progress. Fans haven't seen the world of Wakanda since 2018's  Avengers: Infinity War  (not including its minor cameo in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier ) when Thanos completely destroyed not only T'Challa's nation but also The Avengers themselves. Four years later, audiences are dying to be back in the majestic, beautiful city that Ryan Coogler created with  Black Panther . Thankfully, the sequel to that movie is finally set to debut later this year on November 11. Or, at least, so it's planned for now. Back when  Captain America: Civil War  aired, there was one moment that led to more than either actor could have imagined - and it came down to one simple action.
