Fans across the world are currently enjoying Marvel Studios' most recent Disney+ series,  Moon Knight . The Oscar Isaac-led show sees its titular character having to navigate with their Dissociative Identity Disorder, alongside dealing with the fact that they are the Avatar to the Egyptian God of the Moon, Khonshu. However, this project has one key difference from its other MCU brethren: it stands wholly on its own. For many, that quality is one of the most refreshing aspects of the show. There aren't cameos from other MCU heroes, references to bigger world events (like the Statue of Liberty debacle), or even any need for prior knowledge—audiences can jump right in at episode one and know everything they need to. Moon Knight  is now four episodes into its season, with two left to go. Only a few weeks later, it'll be  Ms. Marvel 's time to shine. The young Pakistani American hero from New Jersey will finally get her chance to be introduced to audiences worldwide. While not much of the plot itself is known, it has been revealed that fans should brace themselves for some major changes. Instead of her usual stretchy powers, the character will instead be summoning light constructs, similar to Green Lantern. While many are divided about this change, the series is already promising to strike up conversations across the internet on a weekly basis. Marvel Studios has undeniably taken its time and struggled to find its footing with Thor. Chris Hemsworth's first two solo films are among the most controversial in the MCU, while Taika Waititi's third installment,  Raganrok , turned the character around with a new comedic direction that proved popular among fans. Following his standout role in the two climactic  Avengers  events of the Infinity Saga, Waititi is back with a fourth Thor solo outing:  Love and Thunder . Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania features yet another star-studded cast for the MCU's 10th Phase 4 movie, including more than a handful of veterans from the first two shrinking outings. Included in that cast is Michelle Pfeiffer, who returns for her second portrayal of the original Wasp, Janet Van Dyne, after her making Marvel debut in 2018's Ant-Man and the Wasp . Pfeiffer should have the opportunity for an expanded role in the MCU threequel after spending most of her first movie trapped in the Quantum Realm, eventually leaving with Michael Douglas' Hank Pym. The Marvel Studios train has once again started back up, with Oscar Isaac's  Moon Knight  in full swing. With two installments out already, fans aren't even halfway through the madness of Steven Grant, Marc Spector, and the Egyptian God of the Moon himself, Khonshu. This new series is one of only a handful of Marvel projects that directly deals with Gods within the MCU. One of the more recent projects in the same boat was Tom Hiddleston's  Loki . On the surface, one wouldn't think that Moon Knight or Loki would have many any connections with each other—besides the obvious of them both being associated with Gods. Other than that, the two seem fairly far removed from each other. Morbius  is finally in theaters after numerous delays, a number of trailers, and more than a few confusing quotes from the film's cast and crew. The movie follows Jared Leto's Michael Morbius, a scientist who, in an attempt to cure his blood disease, infects himself with a form of vampirism. The critical reception has been less than stellar for the film, and early box office returns are grim, to say the least.  The blood-sucking epic serves as Sony's latest stab at their own Spider-Man universe. Thus far, the webhead himself has not shown up in any of the Sony Spider-Man Universe films (aside from Tom Holland's brief moment in the post-credit scene of  Venom: Let there be Carnage ). After so many years of countless superhero projects, almost every major creative in Hollywood has taken a dip into the genre. Some may have a better track record than others, but there are plenty of comeback stories like Ryan Reynolds, Michael B. Jordan, and most recently,  Fantastic Four -turned- Moon Knight  writer Jeremy Slater. 20th Century Fox made its second attempt at a Fantastic Four  movie in 2015 with  Chronicle 's Josh Trank in the directing chair and Jeremy Slater penning the script. In the aftermath of  The Avengers , Marvel launched its first MCU television venture with  Agents of SHIELD  starring Clark Gregg's Phil Coulson leading a new team of spies. Over the course of seven seasons, the ABC series dived into all corners of the comic book world between the Inhumans, Ghost Rider, time and space travel, as well as frequent crossovers to the latest MCU releases. When Marvel Studios took the lead on the MCU's TV projects as the focus shifted to Disney+,  Agents of SHIELD  was unfortunately forced to end after seven action-packed seasons. Now only a few weeks away from its home release, Marvel and Sony's Spider-Man: No Way Home is firmly in the public eye, although it's been a constant popular figure for the past couple of years. Throwing Tom Holland into a movie with Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and five past villains set the comic book movie world ablaze as the film broke records at every turn. Part of what made No Way Home such a visual spectacle was the movie's costumes paying tribute to all three generations of live-action Spider-Men, along with other similar tributes. All five villains came into play with the looks they used in their original outings, save for some MCU upgrades, while all three Spider-Men did the same with their classic red-and-blue suits. Sure, Robert Downey Jr.’s performance and presence as Tony Stark is considered by many to be one of the most quintessential and memorable aspects of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel Studios is only a few weeks away from its grand return to the entertainment spotlight with Oscar Isaac's Moon Knight , the MCU's sixth Disney+ show in Phase 4. Isaac will embody the mysterious and enigmatic Marc Spector in a unique story about a man with multiple personalities living in his head, all as he learns how to handle his newfound superpowers from an Egyptian deity.  Isaac is no stranger to major projects like those in the MCU after playing the titular villain of X-Men: Apocalypse and the key supporting role of Poe Dameron in the Star Wars sequel trilogy. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse  is a film that's been a long time coming. Benedict Cumberbatch's leading sorcerer hasn't had a solo movie since his debut in 2016. Since then, he's played a part in other ensemble films such as  Avengers: Infinity War ,  Endgame ,  Spider-Man: No Way Home . His moment to finally take on the limelight is at hand as he is forced to try to keep the Multiverse from being destroyed—how hard could it be? Sadly for fans of the first film, the original director, Scott Derrickson, won't be returning this time around. He was originally slated to direct  Multiverse of Madness , but creative differences got the best of everyone involved. For many Marvel fans, Sebastian Stan will forever be known as the Winter Soldier, Captain America's best friend, and/or Bucky Barnes. The tale of Sebastian Stan and Bucky Barnes is one of the greatest success stories in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Considering he evolved from a supporting character in  Captain America: The First Avenger  to being one key player on the Marvel roster, Stan has every reason to appreciate the world-building of the MCU. With the latest trailer for  Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness  showing just how crazy things are going to get in this movie, the hype is reaching  Spider-Man: No Way Home  levels. Everything from Wanda Maximoff's role, the idea of multiple Stephen Stranges, and the perceived Illuminati reveal has the internet dissecting everything from trailers to toys, to posters. Spider-Man: No Way Home  gave Tom Holland's Peter Parker his first real opportunity to break out of Tony Stark's shadow. The "Iron Boy Jr." debate can be polarizing, but there's no denying Iron Man's influence on Spider-Man's journey from  Captain America: Civil War  up to  Spider-Man: Far From Home . Not only is Tony directly responsible for bringing Peter into the fold, but his unintentional mentorship has subconsciously guided the young hero from evolving out of his underoos. Even after he dies in Avengers: Endgame ,  Spider-Man: Far From Home  further emphasizes Tony's effect on Peter. It's literally in the MacGuffin's name:  "E.D.I.T.H. - Even Dead, I'm The Hero." Spider-Man: No Way Home established that Wong assumed the role of Sorcerer Supreme in Doctor Strange's absence during the five-year Blip. And although Doctor Strange returned in Avengers: Endgame , it seems there hadn’t been any need for a “take-back” rule regarding the rights to leadership over Masters of the Mystic Arts when someone returns from the dead.  According to Doctor Strange, Wong got the title of Sorcerer Supreme thanks to “a technicality.” Even so, this meant that Stephen Strange could only resume his role as the Master of the New York Sanctum when he came home; he would no longer have the power, or “higher duties,” of the Sorcerer Supreme and would be strictly devoted to the Sanctum.  ADVERTISEMENT Because of this, Doctor Strange is going to be much more limited in terms of assisting the Avengers.
